2. Inquiry & RFQ Terms

As an industrial precision tooling manufacturer and global sourcing partner, our website allows verified commercial buyers to submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and product inquiries.

• All requests are subject to engineering review and stock/production feasibility. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
• Quotations provided are commercial offers valid strictly for the period specified in the formal proforma or quotation document.
• Submitting an inquiry through this site does not constitute a legally binding purchase agreement until a signed Purchase Order (PO) or Proforma Invoice (PI) is executed.

3. Technical Specifications & OEM Tolerances

We strive to keep technical specifications and dimensional tolerances accurate across all catalog entries. However, because specialized diamond tooling, core bits, and abrasive accessories are subject to customized alloy sintering and continuous engineering iterations, slight manufacturing variations may occur. Official production tolerances are verified during sample approval stages.

4. Intellectual Property & Private Labeling

All proprietary tooling designs, website photography, technical documentation, CAD schematics, and trademarks are the property of Newtech Sources Co., Ltd. or its licensed partners. Proprietary client branding, customized laser marks, and OEM packaging artwork supplied by clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective client.

5. Quality Assurance & Liability Limitations

Orders are checked before dispatch. Our liability regarding product performance or application failure is strictly delimited to the terms and warranties defined in the executed bilateral commercial contract.

6. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with international commercial trade laws (Incoterms 2020) and the governing jurisdiction stipulated in bilateral sales agreements.
